03 The Ladder

Once funded, your account closes and reopens at double the size when three conditions are met:

01 First withdrawal completed on the account.
02 In any rolling 6 months, 3 months with a gain above 2%. Not necessarily consecutive.
03 Total profits (current + past payouts) reach 10% of the starting balance.

When all three are met: split paid out, account closes, new live account opens at 2× the size. Cap: $5M. Only direct sizes up to $1M qualify for scaling - the $2M tier is not scalable.

Hit 10% profit on the starting balance, respect drawdown limits - you’re funded. No second phase. No verification challenge.

No time limits.
Pass the same day you start, or take three months. No minimum trading days. No maximum.

Trade your way.
News, weekends, EAs, hedging, scalping - all permitted. No style restrictions.

6% static drawdown.
Max loss is fixed at 6% below the starting balance. The line doesn’t move with profits. Hard breach if exceeded.

5% daily loss limit.
5% of the previous day’s closing balance, recalculated at 5 PM EST. Balance-only model (not equity). Hard breach if exceeded - account ends.

75% profit split.
Default split. 90% available as a checkout add-on on any account. Payouts on a 14-day cycle. First withdrawal instant from day zero.

1:20 leverage.
Across forex, commodities, and indices. No per-pair restrictions, no instrument lockouts.

No daily profit cap.
Take whatever the market gives you in a day. No upper limit on daily gains.

No consistency rule.
None on $25K to $1M accounts - trade freely. The $2M tier carries a 35% consistency rule, still far below the 15-20% most firms enforce.
